Paatu Onnu - SPB & Shankar Mahadevan
Theater gonna Erupt as this is the Introduction Song of the Movie, starts off with Kerala Chanda Melam., Rocking voice combo of SPB and Shankar Mahadevan takes this song to the grandeur level. The song states Sivanum Shaktiyum serntha mass_u da, yes.. it would be rocking on screen. Not a fast beat Opening Song like Vijay's previous movies. But this one is Unique and would be a treat to watch on screen.
Verassa Pogayile - Imman
Trademark Melody song of Imman, Can feel Onnum Puriyala Solla theriyala song of Kumki at some places. Otherwise Imman's voice suits this song very well. Very mild orchestration gives soothing effect to our ears. One of the Good song in the album.
Jingunamnai - Sunidhi Chouhan, Ranjith
Typical Kuthu song from Imman, Super Peppy dance number., can expect a lot from Ilaya Thalapathy given his dancing skills. Bollywood Dancer Scarlet Wilson shaked his legs along with Vijay in this Song. Watch out for this song on screen.
Kandaangi Kandaangi - Vijay, Shreya Ghoshal
Waah.., What we can say about this Song. Ilaya Thalapathy stole the show. Superb Folkish melody song and Pick of the Album. No doubt that this will turn out as Song of the Year. Add to this Vairamuthu sir lyrics is stand out. And asusual Shreya Ghoshal has another song in her hit list. It seems, whatever song crooned by Vijay turns Gold nowadays.
Yeppo Maama Treatu - Imman, Pooja
This song could be at Pre Climax, In Vijay's earlier movies there would be a Kuthu number before the climax. This one can't be said as Kuthu song, It's like a Club Song like google goole of Thuppakki. But yes there will be a Treat for Thalapathy fans as the Song has super beat to have 'VJ on the floor'. Only thing i feel minus about this song is, Imman's voice.
Jilla Theme
One of the Best Theme Music for Vijay movie, It would be Goosebump moment for the fans whenever this Theme song appears on Scrren. After Thuppakki's Theme, this one will Stand out. This going to be massive along with the movie. We're waiting!
